Payments, Refunds and Returns Policy
Below is the information regarding policies for purchasing Typography Art and Gift Books from Falling Apple Design. Special Policies for Website Design & Content Management
Thank you for choosing Falling Apple Design for your Typography Art and Gift Book purchase. Our customers are very important to us and we want them to be 100% satisfied with your order. Please read our policies regarding payments, returns, refunds and exhanges.
Payment Policy
Payment of all Typography Art prints and Gift Books are due at time of order via etransfer to fallingappledesign@gmail.com. Once Falling Apple Design receives your order and confirms your order with you via email, payment is due in full (including GST & Shipping costs if applicable) before the print will be sent to you.
Return and Exchange Policy
Refunds:
Falling Apple Design strives to deliver top quality prints and products along with personalized options made using high quality paper and materials, therefore we do not offer refunds on purchased items. We are open to working with our customer to come up with a solution that best remedies the situation.
Exchanges:
If you purchased an item that is not personalized in any way (colours, names, team names, year etc.) and is a standard form of the product produced by Falling Apple Design you have 1 week to exchange the item for another non personalized item. The original item must be in its original condition (no damage whatsoever), unused and in its original packaging for an exchange to be considered.
Shipping:
Our standard shipping time is 5 to 7 business days. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered in this time frame. Costs of shipping will be confirmed with you and paid for before the order is sent. Once all costs have been confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at fallingappledesign@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled within 24hrs of purchase confirmation. After this time your order will be printed and may have already entered the assembled stage and cancellations may not be possible. Please contact fallingappledesign@gmail.com for any questions about cancellations.
Policy for Website Design & Content Management:
You have chosen a Service Contract for Website Design & Content Management with Falling Apple Design. This will be a separate contract that will signed and confirmed between Falling Apple Design and interested person. Payment of monthly services contract is due on the first of each month of the services required in contract. Services in contract requrie a minimum 2 month contract and requires 2 weeks notice before for cancellation of contract before the final confirmed ending date of contract. If cancellation of contract does give 2 weeks notice, payment is due in full as per the terms of the contract.
