Step 1 - Discovery
Discuss your goals and what design needs you are looking to fulfill for your business, group and/or organization.
Step 2 - Design
Fill out the design brief. Gather information regarding your brand (logo, colours, fonts etc.)
Step 3 - Work Request
Once we receive a design request from you, we will produce the design and send it to you for approval. This is the stage where changes are made to the proof. (Please note: up to 3 complete proof revisions are included in the package price. After that an extra charge will be applicable.)
Step 4 - Upload and/or Printing stage
Upon the approval of the proof, next steps will be decided whether it needs to be digitally uploaded or shared or if it needs to be printed. If prints are required an agreed upon price of printing will be needed before the printing process begins. Depending on what is being printed the design will be printed inhouse or sent to a printer (Printing costs are extra)

How Do I Start?
If you have a project in mind, the first step is fill out this form. Or you can email fallingappledesign@gmail.com or reach out on Falling Apple Design social media outlets. Discussion of what you are looking for and talk about the process, timelines etc. A contract will then be required with the agreed upon terms. Next step is to compile all information needed to start and complete the project.

How Long will it Take?
When determining how long it will take to get the completed design, many factors need to be considered and discused in length. Some of the factors to be considered are: 1. How large of a project 2. Details (Editing, pictures, gathering of information, format) 3. Does it need to be printed or digitally uploaded 4. How many copies to be printed and what quality is needed

What Platforms Do I Work With?
I use Adobe Creative Suite to create digital and print products. If a printed product is needed, depending on what it is, I print in house or send the file to a local printer in Sherwood Park or Edmonton area. For webpage design and content management I only work with WordPress websites (no E-commerce).
