Common Questions
Depends on how often you want to make changes to layout and design as well as add new content. If you have different needs as in taking pictures, help with content, Falling Apple Design would be happy to work with you and figure out a custom service plan.
I work remotely and will require access to the website. This is done by adding Falling Apple Design as an editor in settings which will allow the access needed to manage the wordpress website. All pictures and content can be sent my email to be added to the website. If more assistance is needed ex: Falling Apple Design taking the pictures that is available but at an additional cost.
Falling Apple Design will share a Google folder with you that will have a Task Tracking Sheet where updates and changes will be recorded and date stamped when completed.
A minimum 2 month subscription is required.
Payment for all Service packages is done through etransfer and due at the start date of the contract. Monthly payments are made on the first day of each month.
2 weeks notice for cancelling of Service package subscription is required without penalty payment
